Location: New York On September 14, I canceled a new car lease deal with a dealership over email and requested a refund of my down payment. The finance manager responded same day confirming the cancellation and that the salesman was processing the refund. Roughly $2700. It’s now October 2 and I haven’t received anything. I sent a follow up email about a week ago stating that I haven’t received the refund yet (not showing on my online credit card transactions) and did not receive a response to the email.
