Dealership says they can’t buy my car because I’m in an active bankruptcy.

I posted about selling my Jeep here yesterday, thanks to everyone who commented. Hi all, I’m currently trying to sell my vehicle to a dealership. I have equity in the vehicle. They gave me an offer, but have now told me they can’t buy my car because it’s in “bankruptcy/collections”. I’ve called the bank, Ally, and they’ve reiterated to the dealer that my loan is current, I’ve actually overpaid this month by $800, and provided a 10 day payoff statement, but the dealer won’t budge because it’s in bankruptcy status.
