There was a major update they did recently and we have to set a call disposition for every call. It’s like setting the sales stage for each lead’s file but more thorough I guess… And it’s pointless because we have to set the sales stage too but there’s bugs and it’s messing up all of the leads and causing us to follow up with the wrong people. Our dials are way down because it’s an extra step per dial or text, appointments and shows down…Its a really bad situation. And Sweet Relish is saying they can’t get rid of the new feature causing problems. We just wanted it reverted back…
