Higher sales price due to actual DMV fees being lower than estimated. Do I fight it?

Hello Reddit friends, I had negotiated a great deal on a new vehicle in transit with a non-local dealer (2 hours away). I’ve had to hassle them to receive the buyer’s order 2 days in advance, to confirm that there are no surprises. I’m transferring plates from a car I’ve already sold, which lowers the DMV fees from the previously estimated of $199 to $141. I had agreed to the OTD price of $49,000, with the $199 fees built in.
