So I (19M) just got a job at a car dealership, I’m on my second week of sales and so far have sold 5 cars. One woman came and returned hers (7 day policy on new cars), so that put me down to 4, and I need 10 to hit quota and make commission. They won’t fire me if I don’t since I’m new, but my current living situation is really bad and I absolutely NEED to hit quota this month so I can go get an apartment.
