Hello, We went to a hyundai Alliance Forth Worth dealership- 29 July 2026 , after test drive, we decided to buy the car. Filled in all the papers. Made an initial payment of 5k and were about to process rest. When we saw the car pulled over after final cleanup and marked as ready , we checked it had a scratch and a big dent . They tried to sell it as adhesive mark. So we canceled the deal. the staff was pretty rude and made us wait on purpose for long time. They refunded the amount 5k . We asked about loan and they said everything will be taken…
