Is this a good deal for 2026 Toyota Corolla Cross ?

In southern California, we have received a quote for a 2026 Toyota Corolla Cross LE, FWD, non-hybrid, of $27,700 for the vehicle price and $31,200 OTD. No add-ons or extras.

What is everyone paying for these? How difficult was it to find one? Pre-ordered?

Also, what lenders and/or credit unions is everyone using?
