I see that there were a lot of fluctuations in the used market but I didn’t follow it closely. Is now an okay time to buy used or should I wait? And where’s the best place to go? All I know is CarMax and dealerships, but I’m thinking there are better places? I know what I want, I just don’t know WHERE to go (and if now is a good or bad time). East Coast.
