So I found a Tacoma local to me and it’s a pretty nice shape. There’s no rust, spent its life in SC but what has been concerned is the transmission was replaced at 90,000 miles along with the torque converter, and the torque converter was replaced once before at 85,000 miles. Would that be concerning to anyone else? I’m not familiar with Tacoma’s other than the fact that they are reliable, but it just seems odd to me that those items were replaced at that mileage.
