Hi everyone. This is my first post, so if this is not the right subreddit for this, I apologize. I’m looking for advice on what to do with a Jeep Cherokee that was my mom’s before she passed. It’s a 2016 Jeep Cherokee that we purchased in 2023. At the time, my mom’s credit was not the best so I co-signed on her loan. Long story short, she’s dead and I now owe $12,000 on a car that I can only sell for about $5000 (according to KBB).
