Hello, thank you for your time. I’m buying a used car from a dealership in PA, about 90 minutes away, and I live in WV. I’m paying cash. The car had just been posted for sale that morning, so I went to test drive it. I was very happy with it, but the dealership was waiting on a window motor, so I couldn’t complete the purchase that day. The motor is expected to arrive in the next day or two. The dealership does not handle out-of-state title/registration themselves. They use a third-party company for this and charge $200.
