I liked a car on Echopark’s website, went to buy it online, and paid a $500 deposit that will apply towards the car payment. I later saw that it says the deposit is non refundable, still applies towards the car when purchased. But they also have a 7 days / 250 miles return policy for full refund. I haven’t signed any paperwork and the car is still with them. I had a change of mind after driving the car. I asked them about the $500 refund and they said they cannot refund it but if I buy and then return the car, they’ll give me the full refund. Anyone deal…
