Me and my husband reside in Missouri, so, I know laws are different per each state. But, we are needing a truck that my husband got from his late grandfather titled. His mother and grandmother gave him the truck after he passed away without the title saying that they were going to get a duplicate. Now, heres the unfortunate circumstances.
