Hey, I’m going in this weekend to get a new car. (My first one). I am looking for folks with experiences to guide me to make a good first purchase. I have never done these negotiations One different thing is that I’m looking to pay out the whole amount upfront and not finance/lease it. Is that a good thing or a bad thing to get a good deal? I’m confused what should I expect out of a good deal? Will dealers go significantly below the MSRP? What are the things that I can do to negotiate a good deal?
