Car listed as total loss on carfax with a clean title?

I am looking at a 2019 Volkswagen Jetta with around 60k miles. The owner told me it was in an accident and was listed as a total loss, but the title is clean.

What issues could arise here? If the car is priced fairly and I get it inspected by a mobile mechanic should I buy it? Thank you in advance!
