I bought a car from a Chevy dealership and am covered for towing amongst other things. At some point I needed a tow, but was denied coverage because they said my car was still listed as a fleet vehicle and not covered for that. I made some calls and apparently someone forgot to change the status of my car from fleet to individual, and for the last year have been bounced between the dealership, GMs concierge department, and their fleet department, all claiming that it’s a different department that can change it. Any suggestions? I can’t get reimbursed until it does and it looks like any other services covered would…
