A couple weeks ago I bought a 2023 Hyundai Ioniq 5 with a lemon title from a Hyundai dealer. Seeing as the car comes with all-seasons from the factory, the car only had 33k miles, and it was August, I did not think twice and just assumed it had all-seasons. The salesperson didn’t mention anything about it.
