Does buying a high mileage car make sense when someone doesn’t drive much?

Title. Does it make sense to buy a car with high mileage (100-200k) when the driver doesn’t drive much?

I only drive 2000-4000 miles per year. I recently payed my current car off that I got 5 years ago and it only has 25k miles today. It is my first car.

Did I make a bad decision? Should I buy a high-mileage car in the future?

I plan on keeping my current car until it breaks down. I now can afford to buy any 10k car cash easily so I am just researching my options.
