BMW North America bought back a ’26 X5 50e since it was a Lemon. A dealer is offering it for sale again as pre-owned. Is this worth considering if it is heavily discounted and warranty remains? I never thought I’d be asking this since I’ve read stories from frustrated owners in the past regarding Lemon issues. I also have never seen a Lemon car being sold again so looking for advice/input.
