Expectations for Buying Toyota Prius XLE AWD?

I want to buy a Toyota Prius XLE AWD before 2027 (new from the dealership). I have heard the best time to buy is end of month from October to December- is this true?

I will be paying the car in full (around $35k). What should I expect from negotiations? How big of a price reduction should I expect and what are good things to negotiate during the sale?

This is my first time buying a car and I am a woman, so any and all advice/tips are welcome! Thank you 🙂
