Hello everyone. I’m getting ready to start a new position selling cars at a Ford dealership. I’ve been at Toyota in service for about 2.5 years now. I’m really nervous about my first day, and was wondering if anyone had any tips for me? I think my biggest fears are learning and understanding the product, and how introverted I am. I work in the call center at Toyota, so speaking with customers over the phone is no big deal. I’m a little nervous about face-to-face interactions.
