Just got an offer for a sales manager position at a Ford store in the midwest 30-50 cars a month. Theyre offering 60k base plus 2% on gross on new/used. Seems lowbally. Educate me on the Midwest playplans.
Was on the captive side for GM and sales manager in at a MBZ store in CA. Dealer roles was over 8 years ago. Can anyone help a brother out?
