Got delivery of a new vehicle, and was informed the next day that it has a Stop Sale until the recall was fixed.

Picked a new lease at a far from home (80+ miles) dealership. The next day back at home I got a notification from the dealer that the vehicle has a safety recall. As I read about the recall it was an important safety hazard and there was a stop sale until addressed, sent to the dealers by the manufacturer 2 1/2 months earlier

Reached out to the dealer concerned that I was exposed to the recall risk (not a minor one) which was known to them. They dismissed me saying that it didn’t show on the day of the delivery, it showed the next day and they informed me then.

Opinions? Any actions or just move on?
