Has anyone paid off their car w Westlake Portfolio Management?

I just got my payoff amount and they said sending the funds via money gram is the fastest way to ensure I get my title in 10 days. Has anyone paid off their account with them and used money gram? They said if you are doing it in person- they provide a code and said to provide my account number. I’m not familiar with money gram so would like some advice and making sure I’m paying it off securely. Thx.
