Back story, I work at a reputable Dealer. We have one guy maybe leaving to go somewhere else, and the F&I position is probably mine… problem is, the past year I’ve probably made more money then the F&I guys. And I need the dough. There is 3 F&I guys right now, my one co-worker said his best month back there was about 8K Gross, and I’ve averaged about 10-12K the last 4 months… granted he’s new, he’s about 5 months in… but the other guy in there that’s leaving is still new (7-8 months) but making less then me, especially since I’ve hit this stride. He’s maybe about 8K average.…
