I recently purchased a brand-new 2026 Nissan Pathfinder. When I returned to the dealership to have my permanent license plates installed, the salesperson over-torqued a power tool, breaking the license plate mounting clip and cracking the rear bumper trim. The dealership’s only offered solution is to replace the clip and plastic-staple the bumper.
