Got a customer that burned me on an appt yesterday. We got approved and right before appt is “too busy” and gets defensive when i ask about rescheduling. Today asks for pricing on a different vehicle. I go for another appt close. Tells me to do what he asks first. Im resisting saying that “well you burned me about your appt yesterday so why would i invest another day getting approved for you to ditch after? If you cant committ to coming than your not committed to buying” but obv thats frustration leaking.
