Interested in 2026 Camry SE…TSRP? MSRP?

I am in the market to replace my 20 year old daily driver. I am considering new Accord SEs and Camry SEs. I am not a fan of the alleged head gasket issues on the Accords. I like the Camry’s bulletproof reliability and economy.

However, when I look at dealer stickers (at multiple dealers in my area), the MSRP for an SE is roughly $31,300. Then there’s TSRP, which is a few thousand higher at $35,600 including wheels, TOYOGUARD, and two “free” oil changes/tire rotations.

Can I get a Camry SE for 8-10% off MSRP? I don’t need, care about, or want whatever addons are in the addendums.

Also, what even is this? Why is it on cars across multiple dealers? This doesn’t seem to be a dealership thing….
