Is it reasonable to ask for the OTD breakdown before driving from Queens to Suffolk?

I am looking at a used car in Bay Shore and I live in Queens, so the trip is long enough that I do not want the first conversation about total price to happen after a test drive. The listing gives the vehicle price but not a full breakdown. Is it normal to ask for an itemized out-the-door figure, the history report, and confirmation that the car is still available before I leave? I am not trying to negotiate by text or make anyone hold it for free. I just want to know whether the numbers and history are worth the drive. What is a reasonable request, and what usually cannot be finalized remotely?
