I started working at a car dealership this summer. My first month I was okay, my second month I started getting good, and this month I’m killing it. I don’t have any frame of reference to know if the money I made was good or not for my output, so I’m seeking some opinions on my pay plan. We have a lot of about 55 cars, we sell about 45-55 a month, and we have 4 total salesmen. I get 325 per week base pay, 255 per car, 525 bonus for selling 5 in a week, and an extra 1000 for selling 19 in a month. I do not get…
