It’s been 2 months I work in this dealership. I was at Honda first, but my teacher from car sales suggested me the Kia, down the street. I’m new to the car sales, did sales before but d2d. I’m averaging 10 sales so far per month. I’m trying to hit the 20 sales for next month. One thing bugging me is my pay plan. I don’t know if it’s worth staying.
