I’m new to the car business and just trying to figure out if this is normal for dealerships or if something weird is going on. I went in and was interviewed basically on the spot, and they passed my information along to the training manager. After that, he apparently couldn’t find my application multiple times. I called him a couple weeks later, talked to him on the phone, and he finally found it. About two weeks ago they sent me for my drug screen. After that I heard absolutely nothing for about a week, then randomly got an email inviting me to ADP to complete all of my new-hire/onboarding paperwork.…
