I’m a Connecticut resident who purchased a vehicle from a Maryland dealership. The dealership had my correct address and knew from the beginning that the vehicle would be registered in Connecticut. The signed final contract included specific amounts for taxes, title, and registration within the Total Price, which I paid in full. However, the dealership used the wrong tax rate.
