Trying to buy a 2024 Audi Q8 with 25k miles on it from a small independent luxury car dealer. I had a PPI done and was told it’s perfect-just needs tires because the ones on it won’t pass inspection. To start my negotiation, I brought up the tires and the salesman agreed right away that they need to put tires on it.
