What’s it been like working in dealership sales since 2020? Has the industry kind of changed and moved away from all the aggressive selling/sharkiness? I have a potential offer for BDC representative and I would be moving from the world of consumer banking.
What should I expect in the first 90 days, is it a manageable job, do people enjoy it? Etc.
