I’m looking for advice from anyone familiar with California used-car sales/dealer contracts. I purchased a used 2026 Range Rover Velar from a California Land Rover dealership this past Sunday for under 39.8k plus fees totaling 40.1k. I paid cash and signed the paperwork, but I have never taken possession or delivery of the vehicle. The car is still physically at the dealership. Before purchasing, I was concerned about two significant scratches/gouges on the rear bumper.
