Hey friends, slow month at VW last month got this paycheck stub can someone decipher this to where it makes sense? I feel as though im being slightly robbed somehow.

This is in southern CA so feeling like its time to abandon VW as a whole and not struggle like this. Hours+commission $100 flats 4 used brings it to 200 retro on new and used.
They said they give us 2k draw but dont tax it and then apply all taxes due at end of month? I’ve been in the business over a decade never heard of this l. Any insight is appreciated.
