The car in question is a 2018 Subaru Forester Limited with 33k miles on it in California. The only owners have been my in-laws. My father-in-law died this month at the same time we were moving my mother-in-law into Assisted Living. Both their names are on the title but are separated by OR, not AND. We are in their town for my FIL’s service and I am the executor of his estate. We would like to sell the car during the five days we are in town.
