I bought a new car a month ago and used Kia Motor Financing. The dealer experience during the sale was fantastic but I’ve since been able to secure a 1% lower rate through my credit union. My account with Kia finance is live and the first payment is due in about a week. I was able to get a payoff quote from them. When my credit union went to finalize paperwork they learned that my dealer has not yet submitted the title paperwork to our state DMV so they are unable to complete the process until that is done.
