I am a car dealer in Utah, and I bought a 2010 Porsche Panamera 4s from the IAA auction a while back. The physical title and the auction listed it as a clean title. I typically use auto check to see the history or any cars I buy. I sold the Porsche and the buyer came back and told me it was a total loss after they took the title to get it registered.
