What are all my rights return wise after purchasing a used car at a BMW dealership in California?

I bought a car 2 weeks ago that was used and CPO. It’s an EV that does not work for me and I absolutely should have done more research on. I called BMW financial and they hinted to me that there might be a 30 day return window in place, but I cannot find anything online saying that regarding the dealership saying that’s actually possible. Anyone know if 30 day return policy exists for a used vehicle? I called the dealership and they said I would have to trade it in rather than return it, but not sure if that’s completely accurate now based on what BMW financial services told me. Thank you!
