I recently made a post about my Payplan being shit and got the opinion that I was right lol. I was wondering what kind of dealer manufacturers I should consider and what a decent Payplan would be like. Im really looking for what I used to make at my previous dealership which was 8-10k a month for 14-20 cars. What would you consider a brand that’s good to work for a good pay plan?
