Just bought a used BMW for 23k from the BMW dealership. My salesman is brand new, 3 months on the job. He says he’s sold about 30 cars. To me, 10 cars a month in your first 3 months sounds insanely high. I was thinking it’d be more like 2 a month. What is the usual commission per sale?
