Purchased a new car last year and due to fatigue of being held captive, I didn’t check everything and all documents are marked used even though the vehicle was new and never titled before. It only had 64 miles and most of those miles were from delivery from another dealership to where I was. It was brought up several times but the gaslighting started and they said it was a typo but it’s on the BOS and the retail contract.
