My dad is the legal owner, im the registered owner on a car that I took to move across the country to Iowa from Washington. My transmission is fucked. If my dad signs the title in Washington as the legal owner and mails it to me can i use that to sell the car as the registered owner in Iowa or am I double fucked? Its a 2013 nissan rogue.
