I purchased a vehicle last week and discovered that three extended protection plans—MPP Club Plus, MPP Service Agreement, and MPP Care Maintenance Plan—were added to my car loan without my knowledge or consent. I contacted the Mechanical Protection Plan (MPP) administrator directly and successfully cancelled both the Club Plus and Service Agreement plans. However, I am unable to cancel the MPP Care Maintenance Plan because the dealership has failed to submit the contract agreement documents to MPP. Despite numerous follow-ups from both myself and MPP representatives, the dealership continues to withhold these documents.
