Hello, Long story somewhat short: I bought a 2025 jeep compass trailhawk in July of 2025. My wife was in a single vehicle accident about a month ago. The Autobody shop initially had the estimate at about $8500 until they looked deeper into things and found some “unofficial” repairs to the underframe. It appears the vehicle was in a previous accident, unknown to me. They are now saying the vehicle will be a total loss. Do I have anything that I can do with the dealership that sold me this vehicle?
